Can I Have a Fully Personalized Cookie Design?

Yes! We love bringing your unique cookie ideas to life. Simply fill out the form, wait for our response, complete your payment, and allow 4-5 business days for us to create and ship your custom cookies. We can’t wait to make something special just for you!

How do i store my cookie?

To ensure your cookies stay fresh, keep them in their sealed bags until they are ready to be consumed. Cookies should be stored in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat. DO NOT STORE IN THE FRIDGE

How long does the cookie last?

All cookies are individually sealed and will remained fresh for up to 6-8 weeks if kept in their original packaging. Once opened, they need to we consumed within 24-72 hours to ensure they taste delicious

Do you offer gluten free or vegan alternatives?

Unfortunately we don’t offer alternatives at this stage 

How long does it takes to dispatch online orders?

All cookies are baked and decorated to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be ready for dispatch

What are the cookies ingredients?

All our cookies are vanilla bean sugar cookies. Our cookies contain: flour, sugar, eggs, butter, salt, vanilla bean extract, fondant and food coloring.

How much notice is required to place a custom order?

For a custom order 5 business days-for a store order 2-3 business days
