All our cookies are vanilla bean sugar cookies. Our cookies contain: flour, sugar, eggs, butter, salt, vanilla bean extract, fondant, food coloring, edible paper and ink.

All cookies are individually sealed and will remained fresh for up to 6-8 weeks if kept in their original packaging. Once opened, they need to we consumed within 24-72 hours to ensure they taste delicious

To ensure your cookies stay fresh, keep them in their sealed bags until they are ready to be consumed. Cookies should be stored in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat.DO NOT STORE IN THE FRIDGE

All cookies are baked and decorated to order.Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be ready for dispatch

To ensure your custom cookies look as amazing as possible, please follow these guidelines when uploading your photo:

✅ Crop Your Photo to a Square

• Our system will automatically crop your image to a square format if you don’t do so beforehand. To avoid unexpected cropping, please adjust your photo before uploading.

✅ Choose a Clear & Bright Image

• Simplicity is key! For the best results, select a high-quality, well-lit photo. Avoid blurry, dark, or overly busy images, as they may not print well on your cookies.

✅ Upload Your Photo in the Required Section

• Make sure to submit your image in the correct upload area when placing your order.

✅ Color Variations May Occur

• As we use edible ink, some colors may not appear exactly as they do on screen. Please note that colors will continue to develop over time, and printed cookies may darken slightly the longer they are kept.
